save the contact history with Bony in order to respond to the user inquiry,
provide the user with support, assistance or any other information
requested.

2.2.2. Voluntarily Information: Bony may collect information that the user provides
Bony voluntarily, such as when the user responds to communications from
Bony, communicate with Bony via email or share additional information
about himself through its use of the Website.

activity through the Website. Bony uses this data together with technical

confirmation that Bony processes your Personal Data, and in addition, under

4.1.3.
The right to be forgotte n: you have the right to request the deletion of
certain Personal Data, under some circumstances: (i) if the such data is no
longer necessary for the original purpose and there is no new lawful basis
for continued processing; (ii) the Personal Data is processed unlawfully; (iii) if
you have exercised your right to withdrawn consent or to object to the
processing and Bony has no overriding grounds for the continued processing;
or (iv) the erasure of Personal Data is necessary in order to comply with
applicable legislation. However, this right is not absolute and Bony may not
accept a request under certain circumstances, such as when Bony must
retain the Personal Data in order to comply with its legal obligations or
defend against legal claims, etc.

The right to object : you have the right to object to the processing of your
Personal Data, when the legal basis for such processing is Bony's legitimate
interests. However, Bony will be permitted to continue the processing of
your Personal Data if Bony's legitimate interests override your rights, or
when such processing is necessary in order to establish, exercise or defend a
legal claim, etc.

he right to restrict processing : you may be entitled to limit the purposes for
which Bony processes your Personal Data, in certain circumstances: such
processing is unlawful and you requests restriction instead of erasure; the
accuracy of the Personal Data is contested; the Personal Data is no longer
necessary for the original purpose it was collected. However, Bony will be
permitted to continue the processing of your Personal Data if Bony's
legitimate interests override your rights, or when such processing is
necessary in order to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, etc.

you in order to verify your identity and locate your data. Subject to applicable law
requirement, it may take time. If Bony requires more time, Bony will inform you of the
extension period and reason in writing. In the event Bony cannot comply with the request,
the response Bony provides will also explain the reasons for that. Bony shall not charge a
fee to or respond to your request unless it is repetitive, excessive, or manifestly unfounded.
If Bony determines that the request warrants a fee, Bony will tell you why Bony made such
a decision and provide you with a cost estimate in advance. At any time, you have the right
to contact your local data protection authority

Retention period
5.1. Bony may rectify, update or remove incomplete or incorrect information, at any time and at
its own discretion. Bony retains the Personal Data Bony has collected for as long as needed
to provide the Service, carry out its business purpose and to comply with its legal
obligations, resolve disputes and enforce its agreements, all in accordance with applicable
laws, or until Bony receives a request to delete Personal Data, as detailed below.

reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the protection of the information it collects.

such sites, and that this Privacy Policy does not apply to any third party products and

You agree that Bony shall not have any liability with respect to such third party sites and
such site's usage.

The Website is not directed nor intended for use by children (the phrase “child” shall mean an
individual that is under the age defined by applicable law and specifically under the age of 16)
and Bony does not knowingly process a child’s information. Bony will discard any information
